Spoke to Jon as my elderly mother had broke a key in her back door. Three of my windows needed repairing, and with the temperature dropping I wanted this done ASAP. I’m so glad I found Window Doctor who was around within an hour of me calling. I was really impressed with the service & efficiency. Ken diagnosed the problem straight away and all 3 Windows were repaired within an hour. Ken managed to succeed where everyone else could not! ))... I had some older double-glazed, sash windows that could not be identified in order to find spare parts.
