Ken managed to succeed where everyone else could not! ))… I had some older double-glazed, sash windows that could not be identified in order to find spare parts. I had tried literally 100 people to try and find replacement parts. Although not so local to me, Ken came out and managed to find a really good solution. So thanks Ken and his team! Great service :o)

Spoke to Jon as my elderly mother had broke a key in her back door. Within 45 minutes he had visited her got the broken key out, adjusted her door and also called me to check if there was anything else. Also, billed me direct as I live 300 miles away. Very professional and easy to deal with. Great service. Thank you 👍
